I have been working with clients to protect their intellectual property since becoming an IP attorney in 1999. I am a member of the Virginia State Bar and the U.S. Patent Bar. I was born and raised in the heart of Appalachia in Gate City, Virginia. I graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in biology in 1996 and from George Mason University School of Law in 1999. I have resided in Charlottesville, VA since 2000. I love playing games and watching movies with my family, taking long walks with my dog, enjoying autumn with all its holidays and festivities, and watching UVA basketball. Go Wahoos!
